Clay Olsen is a creative and passionate filmmaker, marketer, public speaker, author, and social entrepreneur. In 2003 he co-founded the film company, Timeline Films, which later expanded and became the creative agency, Advent Creative (now known as Blink) where he lead the award winning multimedia department. In 2010 he left that agency and co-founded Fight the New Drug (fightthenewdrug.org), a youth activist movement dedicated to raising awareness on the harmful effects of pornography and other forms of sexual exploitation through science, facts, and personal accounts. Since then they've been featured on ABC Nightline, ABC News, CBS, CNN, Al Jazeera, USA Today, NPR, the Blaze, The Daily Dot, the Dr. Drew Show, and more. Clay has personally presented to hundreds of schools and tens of thousands of teens all over the country as well as tens of thousands of parents and adults on this subject.
In February of 2013, he founded and lead the development of an online recovery program called the Fortify Program, to help individuals (particularly youth) overcome their struggle with pornography that has already impacted over 30,000 users in over 100 countries.
In 2015, he was invited to join Top Youth Speakers (topyouthspeakers.com), an elite national speakers association dedicated to providing top tier talent to audiences around the country.
Clay currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Utah Coalition Against Pornography, the Sparrow Alliance, the National End Sexual Exploitation Coalition, and Honor Park (honorpark.tv). He sits on the Board of Governors for the LoneStar Coalition Against Pornography in Texas as well as Wait21 (wait21.org) based out of Michigan.
In addition, Clay and his wife, along with another couple, started a full service interior design firm called Opal Design Group (opaldesigngroup.com) that specializes in residential and commercial design with offices in SLC and Portland.
