A former Presidential Speechwriter for Bill Clinton, John Pollack has spent more than 25 years helping CEOs, public officials, and major philanthropists articulate their ideas, reveal truths, and persuade others to action. Earlier in his career, he worked as a speechwriter on Capitol Hill, as a foreign correspondent in Spain, and as a project manager at The Henry Ford — a museum of American innovation. A Stanford graduate and TEDx speaker, John has also worked in Antarctica; was the 1995 O. Henry World Pun Champion; skippered a boat he built from 165,321 wine corks down Portugal's Douro River; and is the author of The World on a String, Cork Boat, The Pun Also Rises, and Shortcut: How Analogies Reveal Connections, Spark Innovation and Sell Our Greatest Ideas.
