Duane Hebert is currently the Senior Learning and Development Analyst at Tooling-U SME. Duane is a highly sought-after training consultant reporting to John Hindman. He has an extensive training background, which originated early in his career through the Department of Defense’s Instructional System Design training program. Duane received his certificate in Project Management from Georgia Tech and is certified in Workforce Development Planning through the Human Capital Institute.

His passion for cycling as well as other endurance sports highlight his drive and perseverance. He has developed and implemented manufacturing training programs for large enterprise organizations such as the U.S. Navy, KLA-Tencor, GE, Xerox, and the State of Georgia, as well as smaller growing manufacturing facilities specializing in automotive products, packaging, food products, and electronics.
