Bob Morley joined the Business Management Faculty of BYU-Idaho in 2018, where he currently serves as Associate Dean of Faculty Development. He also teaches courses in Organizational Leadership, International Business, and IBC, an on-campus business creation and management capstone class. Prior to joining BYUI, Bob spent 21 years in the corporate training and consulting industry working with people and organizations in over 40 countries. He most recently served as a Senior Vice President of The Arbinger Institute where his principal role was to build and lead Arbinger’s network of global partners.
Prior to joining Arbinger, Bob held multiple influential roles including Director of Global Partnerships at VitalSmarts, General Manager of FranklinCovey Mexico and Director of International Operations at FranklinCovey. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and conversant in Papiamento, a Caribbean island dialect. Whether working with students or seasoned business leaders, Bob’s passion is to help people build better organizations and better lives through true principles.
Bob holds a degree in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from BYU and an MBA from BYU’s Marriott School of Management. Outside of work, Bob loves spending time with his family, being outside running, mountain biking, playing ultimate Frisbee, hiking, coaching soccer and basketball, gardening and fixing things.
