Sean Folkson set out to solve America's nighttime snacking problem.

Every night, approximately 100,000,000 Americans snack between dinner and bed, combining to spend over $1B weekly on nighttime snacks.

Because we're biologically programmed to crave sweets, salts, and fats in the evening, it's no surprise that the most popular night snacks are both unhealthy and sleep disruptive: cookies, chips, candy, and, of course, ice cream.

To solve this problem, Folkson launched Nightfood, a line of sleep-friendly ice cream formulated by leading sleep and nutrition experts to satisfy nighttime cravings in a better, healthier, more sleep-friendly way.

After winning the Product of the Year Award in 2019, and the 2019 World Dairy Innovation Award for Best New Ice Cream, Nightfood is now available in major divisions of supermarket giants Kroger, Albertson's, and H-E-B.

With his driving passion and vision for changing the way consumers snack at night, Folkson built a team that includes former leading executives from Unilever, Chobani, 5-Hour Energy, and some of the leading experts in sleep research and sleep health. His growing publicly-traded company (OTC: NGTF) has over 5,000 investors.

Folkson is a food and beverage industry outsider challenging the status quo. Enthusiastic, engaging, and quick on his feet, Folkson makes a powerful and credible case for sleep-friendly nutrition being the next billion-dollar consumer category.
