Dmitry Shevelenko is the Co-Founder & President of Tortoise. He serves on the Board of Directors of Payfare. He previously was Director of Business Development at Uber where he led Driver Partnerships and the company's expansion into new mobility. He was also an adviser to mobility companies including SpotHero, Remix, Skyryse, Cargo, Superpedestrian, Skip, and Codi. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shevelenko was a product and operations leader at Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pulse News during hypergrowth years.

He is a graduate of Columbia University and lives in San Francisco with his wife and three daughters.
