As co-founder of Superfly, Rick plays a leading role in business development, identifying key opportunities to grow and expand the company, its capabilities and strategic partnerships. Rick also oversees and manages company operations and communications. Additionally, Rick is responsible for overseeing the event operations team for all of Superfly, including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, and all client activations. On the acquisition front, Superfly has just purchased a majority stake in the global leader in sound, Listen. As brands grapple with their sonic strategies on voice assistance platforms like Siri and Alexa, Superfly will be on the cutting edge.

Personally, Rick is an active investor in various young companies at the nexus of culture and commerce and calls Berkeley home, where he lives with his wife and three children.
