Alf, a devoted Ethel Merman fan and ginthusiast, is also a professor, speaker, strategic advisor, author and board professional.

Currently a Professor of Innovation, Design and Management at the University of Southern Denmark, Alf has taught worldwide, including at China’s Shangdong Economic University, Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology and the UK’s Manchester Business School. His varied research, which has included innovation, haute cuisine and rap lyrics, may or may not have helped him attain the title of a “Top Professor on Twitter.”

An internationally sought-after speaker, Alf is known for challenging, cajoling and occasionally inspiring people from stage. A recognized business thinker by Thinkers50 and Finnish Speaker of the Year in 2010, Alf gives keynotes exploring creativity, innovation, leadership, strategy and futures thinking to diverse audiences.
